Description
Up for your consideration is this Clifton Karhu woodblock printI recently acquired at an estate auction at a residence in Clemson, S.C., home of Clemson University. It is titled "Ishibe Koji." (Ishibe Alley is in Kyoto, Japan) and it is the 15th impression out of 100. Print area measures 10.5" x 26.5". The print and frame are in excellent condition except for a tiny brown spot within the image area and a larger one on the right edge outside of the image. I have no history of the previous owner. He or she collected mid-century Japanese items of interest. Out of the many items in the home I acquired this print.
I will be shipping the framed print in a box designed for framed art. Shipping charges will be based only on the combined weight of the box and artwork, which will be 12-13lbs. The purchase of the box and insurance will be at my expense.
